Booking Terms

A £50 non refundable deposit is needed to secure an appointment over the value of £50. This is to confirm your commitment to the service as well as protecting against last minute cancellations and no-shows.

A Simple Guide To Cancellations

To ensure we can provide the best service, we require appointments to be rescheduled 24 hrs in advance.

For each missed appointment, the full treatment price will be charged.

For package deals, missed appointments will be deducted from your package.

Unfortunately, after 3 missed appoints we will unable to accommodate any future bookings.
